Universal Studio DubaiLand

Universal Studios Dubailand is an odd subject for In Memoriam, in that it was never actually built. Work began on the site in 2008, but stopped when the global financial crisis hit. 
We covered Universal Studios Dubailand in last week’s Podcast (shameless… utterly shameless plug), and the site has sat abandoned since 2009.
